Pheromone Chaos: Queen Xeno targets a player with Pheromone Chaos, dealing damage every second for 5 seconds. Afterward, a Chaos Fungus Mat spawns under the player, dealing continuous damage to anyone standing on it. Standing too long on the mat applies Muddled Serum.

Relentless Nightmare: Queen Xeno's attacks inflict Queen's Nightmare, putting players in a wounded state. Stomping a larva egg fully removes the Queen's Nightmare effect; defeating a Scythe Arachnid removes one stack of Queen's Nightmare.

Explosive Larva: Queen Xeno spawns larva eggs at the nest each time she loses a set amount of HP. Existing eggs explode on spawn, dealing AoE damage. Stomping larva eggs triggers Pheromone Cleanse, removing your debuffs and boosting your damage, but it also enrages Queen Xeno.

Hive Swarm: Queen Xeno summons Scythe Arachnids and Mutant Scythe Arachnids each time she loses a set amount of HP, gaining their power. If Scythe Arachnids are still alive when new ones spawn, Queen Xeno absorbs their HP, dealing AoE damage. Killing these Arachnids damages Queen Xeno; defeating all Mutant Scythe Arachnids weakens her. Take them down fast!
