Buff Dealer
Skill✦ Base Ability Description
The Buff Dealer offers Offensive/Defensive forms, each granting unique effects. Use the Relic to switch between forms (only usable and effective in combat, revert to its original state when out of combat).
Offensive form provides a 7% damage boost.
Defensive form provides a 10% damage reduction and blocks lethal damage once, granting temporary damage immunity; this can be triggered once every 240 seconds.
Buff Dealer cannot be used when Couant and Type II Couant are deployed.
✦ Star Advancements
